Who is Cucuyo

Cucuyo was hatched by life long friends Ana Reza-Hadden & Laura Nixon Miller who have known each other...well...since birth. And what you may ask inspired the creation of a baby accessories company...a birth of course. In 2005, after welcoming her son Liam into the world Ana, a product designer, longed for more flexibility in her days and more control over the type of products she designed. Recognizing needs in the baby market, Ana started sketching. With Laura's background in sales and business management, they were committed to give it a go. As it often does, life intervened, which slowed the journey; however, in 2007 the stars aligned and it was time to welcome Cucuyo into the world! With the arrival of Laura's daughter Evyn in 2008, inspiration continues to be born into the Cucuyo family.
